No Churn Chocolate Ice Cream

With all this hot weather we’ve been having I wanted to make the boys a treat. A chocolate fountain or ice cream was the first thing to came to mind.   Unfortunately i don’t have an ice cream maker but lucky for me and you one is not needed!

A delicious and easy ice cream recipe no ice cream maker needed

  1. 14 oz of sweetened condensed milk ( 1 1/4 can )
  2. 2 cups of heavy cream
  3. 1 vanilla bean
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 1/4 cup Hersheys chocolate sauce
  1. In a medium bowl combine condensed milk, vanilla bean, vanilla mix together. In a large bowl beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Slowly fold heavy cream into the condensed milk mixture. Fold in chocolate sauce. Put in a loaf pan or tupperwear container and freeze for approximately 6 hours ( keeps for 1 week)
  1. Don’t feel like chocolate add some caramel , strawberry or even some bits of pineapple the possibilitys are endless!
